Dear all:
Is there any snow in your city? I still remember my first Christmas in Newcastle was white!!!
I will be having a small party as usual with my friends tomorrow swapping gifts!
Hope that the snow storm in Japan now will stop as soon as possible and everyone here will be enjoying your happy Christmas wherever you are and last but no least, Happy 2006, too. ^_^
Hugsssssss!!!

Happy 2006 to all of you too! It's too cold in Brussels these days. I was in Portugal for the Christmas festivities and could even use t-shirt!! I hate cold! I bet in Taiwan and Japan the weather is also great!

Hugs to the asian gang and the teutonic Ju

PS - I already reserved tickets for the World Cup in Germany, including the final - can Portugal be there?

I enjoyed reading some of your posts Linda. I was looking for wine cellar designs related information and found your site. I have a wine cellar designs site. You'll find everything about wine, gift baskets, Napa Valley wine tours, and how to keep your wine properly chilled until it's ready to drink. Come and check it out if you get time :-)

Dear Linda,
I have booked flight to Osaka and I am also staying at the same hotel. I also got a hotel and flight pack. It was quite reasonable. Here is my itenerary:

Feb 3
07:35 Leave Fukuoka
08:40 Arrive in Osaka
Stay at West Inn Miyako
Feb 4
20:15 Leave Osaka

I let you know once I get an approximate arrival in Kyoto. We can meet at the hotel lobby on the day.

Hugs,
Yasu

Nuno,
Tell me which matches have you already booked tickets? I am not sure if I go there. I can still watch all the games here and record all the Portugal's matches till the finals.
If I can come, I want to watch Under-21 matches in the north of Portugal if Quaresma plays in the under-21 squad and can not go to Germany. Then, I will go to Frankfurt to watch Figo and Cristiano Ronaldo. I envy that you live so close to watch these games.

Hi Yasu,
I have booked the tickets for Portugal-Angola, Portugal-Mexico and for the Final. I will know if I can get them on 1 February.

I hope Quaresma plays for the A team, he's on peak form with Porto this season. I don't believe Scolari will let him out.

I'm quite close to Cologne (2 hours by train) but not so close to Gelsenkirchen. I still have to decide when to have vacation.

Hugs

Nuno

Hi Linda,
Don't worry about money that I will spend. I really want you to enjoy your trip in the best city in Japan. In fact, I was the one who recommended you choosing the place to visit. Anyway, thanks for your gift. I do not know very much about Taiwan though I have visited twice on business before. I only know you have a good selection of Worong tea.

Nuno, I am planning to post my review on World Cup. By the way, how many of you are going to watch the games? I am really thinking of going to see at least one match in the group league game. I know it will cost me much but I can't help imagining watching Figo, Cristiano Ronaldo and Quaresma in the national team. I wish Portugal will come to Japan for a friendly match.
Please keep me updated.
Yasu
